Aware being...

As the saying goes ..... there are many mansions in my fathers house.

The thing is if we can let go of the compulsive need to conceptualise and pigeon hole everything using words and concepts and let go of the desperate need to "understand" everything, then we can relax and surrender to the wisdom that we were never in control in the first place, this is just a temporary dream and we are already Home.

We incarnated in a body to recognise what we are and to understand how consciousness and energy work together, in order to transcend the energy feeding games of the dualistic mental & emotional realms.

The physical, Etheric And Astral Realms are all dualistic/dream realms.

The Physical realm..... is linear, meaning time & space related, birth to death, ego identity, attachment to the mental and emotional realm of materiality, food and consumption, power & success. Seeking energy from outside to sustain oneself.

The Etheric realm... the realm of spirits, ghosts, fear and control may play out here, such as letting go of emotional ties to people, places things etc; fear of death, fear of an outside authority, fear of the unknown.

There are many things we experience in duality some are scary and downright awful, All these belong in the personal/ego realm of experience. My human has had her share as well, they appeared in the form of human characters at first appearing normal then turned very sinister & nasty. These entities, physical or non physical appear just when the soul is about to ascend to the next level, and suck one back using our human triggers like, who do you think you are, etc; However while remaining as awareness or presence there's neutrality, meaning one can allow all to pass by without engaging. You are simply the awareness of it. To entities, just tell them to go away. to people I say ... Is that the best you got ? 🤣 They soon get the message there's no more feeding here. It is all a power game in duality.

The Astral realm... This is where one begins to observe the movie of human ego as futile. This realm is multi layered, opening up to the subtler frequencies. One may begin to sense loved ones who have passed. The ability to sense & communicate without words,

Although this is all still a dualistic realm. There is positivity, love and kindness, beautiful vistas, in harmony with animals & nature...a magical feeling. Although it is still in accordance with mental & emotional programming; ie what is known.

The Physical, Etheric, & Astral realms are all dualistic realms.

There's a gradual step up from Astral to Causal realm that may feel discombobulating.

Stability and balance is needed here, quiet time away from the old structures and others mental chatter is vital. Here the mind & known reality seems to fade into the background, personhood dissolves ... here, there is no... I, me or my story. There is only consciousness, empty, profound peace,

In the silence...

Awareness is aware of itself...

Observing that everything goes on by itself ...

Sensing & perceiving are going on in awareness

Awareness is aware of a body ...

 Sounds are heard in the body...

There is sensing warmth in the body.. notice this

The body is the instrument through which awareness senses & perceives

There is nothing outside consciousness... nothing.

There is knowing when action needs to be taken in the seeming physical world ...

The causal realm... is the inner light, infinite awareness or God's mind. Seeing all as oneself every blade of grass shines as the love of awareness. there is a recognition that everything appears as awareness. There is no separation, other beings are seen as souls expressing in various ways. Peace, Love and ultimately Bliss is the foundation of home. There maybe a feeling of emptiness, or nothingness. where all needs are met effortlessly, in the moment. Everything is known in the moment.

And from this stability new structures are being formed for New Worlds to be created to live & play in. This is the New Human Species being birthed now.
